She was the founding agent gathering the owner group and 20 agents for the first KW market center in Louisville in 2004. She maintains an active role as an owner and past ALC member. Natalie's passion is leading her dedicated team of 5 at a satellite mega-agent office in the sought after Cherokee Triangle area of the Highlands in a LEED-gold certified building, called "The Highland Green" on Bardstown Road, identified as "Natalie In Your Neighborhood". She is an active community member with excellent city connections, which aids her tremendously as she finds many properties and lists properties, which never hit the market.
She is #1 in sales for her neighborhood and consistently in the top 1% of agents for the entire Greater Louisville Association Realtors. She is a regular KW platinum award winner and has received many awards from the Ohio Valley Region. But she's most proud of the referral business she has built over decades of serving with a high level of acumen, trust, integrity, professionalism, and responsiveness.
She is a bold strategic thinker and negotiator, skilled at working through both multiple offers on her listings and complex negotiations for her clients.
